Enter the Highland Wild Trout Challenge sponsored by Clynelish Whisky hereExciting news for wild trout fishers!  Back by popular request, The "Clynelish" will once again be held at Lairg Angling Club on Loch Shin.  The event this year will take place on the 12th and 13th of July.  The event is being organised as usual by Lairg Angling Club.

 Prize-winners will be competing for a range of prizes which have been donated by Clynelish Distillery. The overall winner will receive the "Clynelish Highland Wild Trout Challenge" trophy and a further major prize.  Other prizes will be given in the following categories, Best Bag, Best Fish and Best Boat over the two days.

Entry to the competition, which must be booked in advance, costs £50 per person for the two days. A competitors' supper on the Saturday evening is included in the entry fee, and a wee dram from our sponsor.
